All sales are final. Pre-orders ship in 3-5 weeks unless stated otherwise. Processing times may vary due to production or shipping delays. Pre-made orders ship in 3-5 business days. 

Return & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery for assistance. 

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
